Data protection

When placing an order, our General Terms and Conditions apply, the customer agrees to have taken note of them and accepts them.

Escort77 acts exclusively as a service provider and works on behalf of the respective ladies, who act independently and on their own account. We provide an advertising platform, coordinate dates and advertise advertising.

Escort77 makes every effort to check the respective sedcards, as far as possible, but does not guarantee that they are up-to-date, complete or correct.

1. Formation of the agreement

All information is subject to change and non-binding. Through a telephone inquiry or sending the booking form is not yet a legally effective contract, it is a matter of contact. After a short feedback with the lady of your choice we will confirm the date. A binding contract is concluded as soon as both parties agree on the essential elements of the contract such as fee, time and place.

2. Payment method

Unless otherwise contractually agreed, payment is made in cash in euros, by handing over the customer to the escort lady at the beginning of the appointment. For out-of-town bookings (30 km outside of Berlin city center) or bookings in advance, we charge a reservation fee of 30% of the amount to be paid, plus travel costs and any expenses incurred. These are to be transferred to the account specified by us or paid by Moneygram / Western Union.

Timely payment in this case is a prerequisite for compliance with the obligations.

3. Fees

Please refer to the information on the respective sedcard or the menu item prices. In addition to the fee itself, other costs such as travel expenses may be added. The lady will also be happy to issue you an invoice if desired, if not otherwise noted at the respective lady, according to § 19 UStG no VAT is levied and therefore not shown.

4. Withdrawal from the contract by the customer

In case of cancellation of the order up to 48 hours before the use of the escort service, there will be no costs for the customer. The already transferred deposit for the fee will be fully refunded. If it is possible to return the already paid travel expenses, we will refund them as well. We reserve the right to charge a fee for this.

Should the cancellation be shorter than 24 hours, the deposit remains with Escort77. The deposit can be credited to the next booking. Otherwise, the sum will be handed over to the lady as a loss of work and processing fee.

We expressly point out to the customer that he has the right to prove that processing costs were not incurred or were significantly lower than the processing fee and that the lady did not miss any appointments and thus had no loss of earnings.

5. Withdrawal from the contract by the escort lady

Your satisfaction is our main concern and we strive to fulfill our obligations to the best of our ability.

The escort ladies have the right to withdraw from the contract, should the customer not behave properly, (eg threat of violence / violence, drunkenness, drugs, etc.) or be hygienically unkempt.

6. Claims for damages

Claims for damages against Escort77, which refer to damages of material or immaterial nature, such as withdrawal from the contract by an escort lady, delay or by the use of the information provided are excluded, unless there is no demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent action by Escort77 is present.
